Book in for your initial session – allow 40 minutes
The initial session involves some information-gathering to make a clear assessment about how it is best for you to start. During this session you will be given some dietflex materials (your Daily Planner, Getting Started booklet, recipe booklet and Sample Menu Planner) to help start the program and start losing weight immediately.
With your permission, your dietflex coach will also send a letter to your doctor, just in case they have any comment.
Follow up sessions
After your initial session you’ll book in for a minimum of 12 weeks – typically at the same time each week. In 12 weeks, most clients lose between 6 and 12 kg. Many stick with their coach longer to either keep losing weight or receive ongoing support so they better control for long term weight maintenance.
Together with your coach you’ll establish a weekly calendar where you come back to see your dietflex coach at the same time each week. These are 15 minute sessions.
Every week your dietflex coach will do a re-assessment of your results and help you with any challenges. They’ll also share new recipes so that you build your collection and start trying some great new dishes.
