My name is Marie Price and over the last 10 years, I have helped hundreds of members and private clients (just like you), to lose their unwanted kilos – and keep it off for good.

If you're accepted into this program - you'll be handed an Easy Meal Prep program that's been designed to meet your goals, starting point, dietary preferences (and more) to burn through unwanted fat. This will be your "blueprint" for losing the weight.

You'll then work one-on-one with me or one of our highly skilled coaches to guide you on your unique plan to transform your body. The one-on-one coaching is weekly via private online sessions.  Plus we have a great online supportive group environment as well.

And then - if you're successful in achieving the agreed target...

We will give you your next 6 weeks.

We also promise to use ALL the resources at our disposal to guarantee your success - as long as you put in the work and commit to change.

With this program exercise is 100% optional. But for those who are ready to do some exercise we offer a great range of on-demand workouts. They are short, varied and fun and they'll have you looking better and feeling amazing in no time.

Nutrition

More than a diet, you get a personalised eating plan based on real food. You'll learn how to lose weight, using food from your local supermarket, and receive healthy quick delicious recipes that you and your family can enjoy together.

Some say that a 'diet' is the last thing you would call it! Developed by a leading Australian dietician who specialises in healthy eating plans targeted towards women and men over 35.


Community

Through the program you will find yourself immersed in the strong community of likeminded people with close personal support from your Health Coach - which might prevent you falling off the wagon.


Knowledge

You will learn what works for your body as everyone has their own individual tolerance levels for different foods.

We believe the saying: "One diet does NOT suit every body."

This program is all about education so you know exactly what to do to maintain a healthy and happy life.


One-on-One Coaching: online or in-person

Giving you an eating plan and telling you to exercise is like giving a student books without a teacher.

That’s why the dietflex program includes support with online video chat one-on-one coaching sessions to help you reach and maintain your healthy weight goal. It does not matter where you live, or where you travel to.

Our members often say that it is our one-on-one coaching that made the big difference compared to other things they have tried.


Exercise - included but optional

The in-centre exercise program options are designed to provide the best exercise for women of all ages wanting a better shape. Not only will you be slimmer, you'll be stronger and firmer too.

For men, we give you exercise advice. You may not be aware that restorative sleep quality is more important in the early stages of your weight loss journey, than exercise.

Our special exercise protocol helps you burns more calories and gives you a firmer stronger body in less time.

I was interested when I saw that Amanda Coombe was also offering the Dietflex program: Interested personally to make some changes about food choice, and interested professionally to check out a weight loss program that could be suitable to recommend to my clients if their focus is on health and well-being.
