Meet Vikki

I remember, we were driving up to Charters Towers to visit Col’s parents and it just hit me that my life wasn’t going anywhere because I was physically tired all the time, and unfit, and I said to Col, “when we get back I’m going to look for a personal trainer”. And we both said, well what about Loz.

I felt that I needed to start toning up and becoming fitter. Because I’m 61 and I wanted to live out the next 20, 30 years being a fit person, not an unfit, unwell person.

I’m loving her sessions, I feel so re-energised every time, I think “Wow, this is why people get on a high when they’ve been to the gym”, because that’s how I feel.

I come to the gym and I do pilates, do gym work, I’m walking more.

Loz helped us to follow the dietflex routine. It was easy as. Just understanding the different food categories and what effect it would have on your body.

I already tell everyone how great Loz is and what she and the program have done for us and I just tell them how easy it is.
