I garden a lot and I love food, I think I actually love food too much. I always ate and that was it, like, there was no physical relationship with working out and myself.
The 12 week dietflex program really helped me learn not having certain things with other things, knowing that only a tablespoon of this is more than enough, I shouldn’t put, like, a whole cup of it. Making the right choices between having a cup of carrots or a cup of cucuzza or something like that, there’s a big difference in the carbs.
Because I know what I want to eat throughout the day it’s easier to manage all of that and takes the guessing out of all of those daily things.
I’ve lost a fair bit of weight already, and not just the weight, but I’ve felt it shift off my body as well. I find myself, actually, when I’m leaving a bathroom, I catch a reflection in the mirror and I kind of go, yes, I look good, so it’s great to have that feeling, not just, uh and frumpy, it’s yes this is showing me results now and I feel good and I can actually, once you feel good you want to keep feeling good so you want to keep doing it, so that’s helped a lot.
I’m never hungry, I’m never craving food and I just seem to be able to focus better at work.
If I met someone who wanted to do a similar sort of thing that I have with the dietflex I would definitely tell them that it’s worth going and talking to Loz about actually seeing what the program is about.”
