Meet Col

I’m Col. I’m a peer support officer and a thought mentor.

I was keen to start working with my dietflex coach Loz because I realised I needed to invest in myself as well, and I’d already started to do that with some other aspects of my life, so it made sense that I made some investment into my physical life as well, and my health and my well-being and my fitness, and I’m glad I did now.

I know working with Loz has mainly been just diet-related, so the results that I’ve had with her, just from changing my diet have been pretty incredible.

And when she came to our home and made it really personal, and told us about the program and what it involved and explained everything to us, in normal language, not in high tech, that was a lot of the reason why we connected so much with Loz, because of the personal, people connection.

For me it was more about the psychological side of what I was eating, not so much what I was eating but why I was eating it.

Loz has helped me to lose 10 kilos in total. This shirt was pretty much, had the button stretched 3 months ago. And I’m really looking forward to more results and losing another 15, maybe 20, kilos to get down to that goal weight.

I’ve been talking to my work colleagues and encouraging them to give Loz a call and join the dietflex program.
