Lost 9.9kg and 11.5cm

‘I was a yo-yo dieter, continuously losing weight and then putting it all back on again.

By doing the program with Mel, she taught me the right foods, how to manage carbs and eat more vegies. This suits me.

Mel explained all the changes thoroughly. She is supportive and the program teaches you about food, how to manage, organise and plan menus and be better prepared.
