Meet Kellie

Before I found Loz and dietflex, my biggest struggle was that I was eating well, but I wasn’t eating enough, and what I thought was eating well, wasn’t the right kind of well for my body and my body type.

I was eating fruit, I was eating yoghurts and dairies and all of those sorts of things, but they weren’t right for my body type so, as a result, I was putting on weight. I was putting on weight, I was feeling terrible, I was feeling sluggish, it wasn’t a good body-health place to be.

I’ve got 2 little kids, a 6 and a 7 year old, and I couldn’t even keep up. I’ve had 2 major surgeries in about an 18-month period, and the anaesthetic and the recovery have taken its toll on my body.

By meeting Loz, and the dietflex, and I’ve got a wonderful coach, Emma, it has changed my life completely. I now wake up in the morning, I am so excited to make breakfast. I never ate breakfast before, because I always thought, starving yourself, helping you lose weight you know, those sorts of things.

I get up, I’m excited, I’m happy, I’m so much energy and I can feel already that my body is repairing for the better.

As far as the results go, I’ve definitely lost weight and it’s been effortless.

I make better choices when I go out to a restaurant for example, I won’t get the big steak, I might get a little children’s meal of a fish or something along those lines. I found I was getting a lot of brain fog before, but now I’m getting a lot more clarity.

I actually have inspiration again, and I have, like I said, the energy to keep up. I have the 2 little kids, and I just want to run around with them now, I want to get out, I want to do things and I’m a much happier person for it.
