‘I would 100% recommend the dietflex program to anyone wanting to lose weight.

The weekly meetings have been super helpful at keeping me on track and also great to help give me variety and learn how to substitute different foods to keep my diet interesting while still in line with my goaIs.

I know that I’ll be able to keep the weight off now too. Because this isn’t just a diet, this has been a complete lifestyle change (for me and all my flatmates) and I now know how to eat foods that work for my body and give it the energy it needs.’
